Cards with Phones provides a convenient platform to enjoy popular card games with friends in various settings such as waiting in line, dining out, or even during flights. The app utilizes advanced peer-to-peer connectivity via Bluetooth or WiFi to ensure seamless gameplay when devices are within range.
Users can play for free in black and white with all features enabled and have the option to upgrade to full color with a one-time in-app purchase. The app accommodates up to 8 players, allowing a mix of iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch devices. Games available include Spades, Hearts, Oh Hell, Kachuful, German Whist, Crazy Eights, and War.
Players can incorporate robot players into games and choose from three difficulty levels. Additionally, the app offers automatic scorekeeping, supports popular scoring methods, and allows for manual or auto-arranged card organization.
The app has a grayscale interface for the free version with no ads, and users have access to all features.
